CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION
& NEWBORN CARE CLASSES

Presented by OB/GYN RNs experienced in Labor and Delivery at Swedish Hospital

The NWWHC Basic Childbirth Education Workshop is a course designed to prepare expectant parents for labor, delivery, and postpartum care. This workshop offers essential building blocks to help navigate childbirth and new parenthood. It's ideal for families seeking a general introduction to the childbirth process at Swedish, including birth preferences, pain management options, basic newborn care, an introduction to breastfeeding, and tips on transitioning to parenthood.
