Sondra Kapnadak, MD
Dr. Sondra Kapnadak grew up in Oregon and received her medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University. She completed her residency training at University of Virginia and worked for several years in Pittsburgh while her husband pursued further training. After a hiatus from the Northwest, she was excited to return and joined Seattle OB/Gyn in 2015. She enjoyed her time there and joined Northwest Women’s Healthcare in 2024. Dr. Kapnadak is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Kapnadak appreciates the opportunity to support women and their families through all stages of life. She strives for open communication and enjoys building relationships with her patients to help them make the best medical decisions possible. She provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, with special interest in VBAC, Pap smears, management of abnormal bleeding, and contraception.
Outside of work, Dr. Kapnadak enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She loves travel, reading, cooking, and being outdoors.
